Boiler gauge

As i am new to this heating system, heating is not good enough. Checked the gage, can anybody tell me if i am in the right track ?

    your temperature is a bit high. it should be adjusted to be around 190 maximum

    where are you?
    pictures of boiler, floor to ceiling, showing pipes, pumps, zone valves,

    and a picture of a rad where this 220 is going,

    is there water dripping from the safety valve ?
