Please help me...

nope, you showed em to us,
the middle couple pictures,
the main goes out to the loop end, and extends back to the boiler, where your vents are,
now, are they large enough? and working?
one pipe rads upstairs?
other than the vent question, what are you solving ? what issues?known to beat dead horses0 -
thanks, do you mean the vents on top of the vertical pipes? Are they main vents?neilc said:nope, you showed em to us,

The reason I am asking is that it take long time for the heat to get to the farthest radiator? thanks0 -
Yes, those are your main vents, looks like 3 of them, each on a different extension/return,PatB said:

are there more returns behind those vents? I see more verticals,
can you tell which vent is servicing the slow rads?
post a picture of each end of one of the slow radiators

thanks, I will get more pictures tomorrow.neilc said:

The system only has two main vents as you suggested. Pipes slit into two parts: one to the backroom which send steams to the radiators to the back of house (the systems heat two floors, first and third), the other one goes to the front of the house. The far ends are to the radiators of the front of the house.
thanks0 -
the first picture is the pipe goes to the first floor radiator which is the slowest to get heat.0

I see 3 main vents. Also 2 boilers.
Pictures of the boilers piping floor to ceiling would help.

one boiler works fine, there is no complaint.JUGHNE said:I see 3 main vents. Also 2 boilers.

The issue is with the boiler with two main vents. will get more pictures.
By the way, could it be the main vent clogged? if so, how to clean the main vent? thanks0 -
there is a third vent between the 2 you show, and know,PatB said:

that little silver bullett to the right, hiding behind the vertical pipe,
and give us a clue, the boiler on the left, or right?
I'm guessing left, and your mains are on this side of the center beam,
a picture of both boilers, floor to ceiling,
and then of the boiler in question, floor to ceiling,
showing the pipes, floor to ceiling,
clogged vents, try soaking, boiling them in vinegar,
easier to replace them,
but, measure those main lengths, out to the loop and back to the vents,
post that and main diameter size,
you're going to want larger ventingknown to beat dead horses0 -
thanks, yes, the boiler on the left is the one concerned here. I took some pictures, may clear enough to you. I will do more tomorrow. here are what I have.neilc said:

basically, there are only two main vents for the left boiler, the silver vent is for the right boiler.
I didn't measure the pipes, will do tomorrow.

you've posted a lot of pictures,PatB said:the first picture is the pipe goes to the first floor radiator which is the slowest to get heat.
post the one you're referring to again,
and what problem are we solving for?
one cold rad?
or several off the same main?
maybe the rad needs a new or different ventknown to beat dead horses0
