Magic pac need your help

Working with a magic pac all in one heat/Ac unit.
 I am Trying to figure out why so much cold air is entering inside the condominium. 
 Its is entering from outside. 
Comes inside  through the grill the near the bottom of the closet where the magic pac is located inside the condo. The room is freezing more on windy days.

    Is the unit operating? Heating? Cooling?

    Check the unit outside and see if all the panels are in place
