The convectors are behind the plaster walls with an opening in the wall below the convector. Above it there’s a wall grill about 6” tall or so by the width of the convector. There’s wooden handles on the grill that say Trane carved in the wood.

Not specifically. But if you measure the size of the finned element and count the # of fins/inch and the fin size like 4" x 6" etc and compare that to a new convector you will be close enough.
