Aquastat settings for Steam Boiler block and indirect tank question

160 degrees with a Differential of 5 for the Aquastat directly on the boiler block.
140 degrees on the indirect which of course is looped into the steam boiler.
Does this seem ok or would not it be better to turn the boiler block one down to maybe 150 degrees to save energy? I guess I'm still struggling to understand what the standing temp is of the boiler when the burner and circulator are not on.

Hope there's a mixing valve or anti scald solenoid on the water heater @ 140°.
If so then where you have them set is fine.
If no mixing valve, then 120° on the water heater and 140° on the boiler.0
