Riello gas woes

Need some insight on a Riello Gas burner please.
Riello 40 N200S conversion burner. Installed on a Buderus G2154 boiler. i installed this 6 years ago and it has been flawless.
In the last few weeks it has started acting up. It will lock out at random times.
Typically a Saturday morning customer wakes to no heat at 6am.
It resets w/o issue each time.
I started off looking at the gas pressure. Static is anywhere from 7.19" wc to 8.53"wc
under load it drops to 6.07"wc
I replaced the primary and found a ground wire that was not connected.
All was great for a week.... Then this Saturday and again today it locked out.
Of course I start and stop the burner several times and it runs fine.
Any ideas where to start looking next?
TIA.

I am not sure how Riello proves the gas flame for safe operation, but if it is like so many others, there is a flame rectification circuit. See if the flame sensor electrode or flame sensing rod needs to be cleaned or replaced.

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?
