Just installed a Biasi B10/5. The high temp is set at 180, the low temp is set at 140. The boiler heats up past the 180 setting and the high temp light comes on. Low water light is not on, I have 3 zones and we keep the thermostat on 62. I have it on Eco this is suppose to pick a lower high temp set point. Zones is set to 5 to lower fuel consumption. Any thoughts would be helpful.

Sounds like a bad high limit to me. Check it and make sure it is inserted all the way into the boiler sensing well. It may have come loose during shipping or installation.
I would also check the wiring. With an alarm light I would think the high limit might be a 3 wire control. Maybe the wires are on the wrong terminals.
Can you post the wiring diagram?0 -
