Looking for some help with an ignition issue on the WM ULTRA 155. The boiler has been installed for 18 years with its first service 3 years ago. It is LP at 9600' elevation. The gas valve, ignitor and flame sensor were all changed 3 years ago. Just recently the boiler has been having a hard ignition issue. The homeowner says that he can hear the boiler light when there is a call for heat. Contractor checked gas pressure and combustion and all is good according to the manual. Does anyone on here have experience with these boilers?
THANKS

I haven't seen a Series 1 in forever.
What are the "good" combustion numbers?
When was the last time (if ever) it was opened and cleaned using the maintenance kit?
Is it draining properly?0 -
How does the mesh burner look? Any cracks or splits?

The home owner has no record of the boiler ever being serviced in the 18 years he has owned it. With that being said I opened it up and we are replacing the boiler. I found parts for it but couldn't justify making an attempt to clean and service. Thanks for all of the input. Should have him up and running by Friday0
