13,14 or 20 would be better choices. Not12 too close to the water line0

The number is used to describe a specific fitting. The number 4 appears multiple times, it is an elbow. The 12 is a tee.0

Then maybe @JohnNY & I are both right. I wouldn't put it in the Hartford loop tee. you will get water hammer.

21, 20,14 are good You don't want to put cold city water directly into the boiler. You want the cold make up water to mix with the returning warm condensate to warm it up1 -
just to be clear I'm referring to the bottom 12, I missed the fact that there was 2 12's, and I am aware its pointing out a part just did not see the top 12 --
would anything be wrong with number 22 the back side of the tee for a cold water inlet, or is the bottom 12 better then 22
