Is there any reason not to take different size mains off a common (larger)header?
E,g,:
Main 1- 2 1/2"
Main 2- 2 1/2"
Main 3- 2" The 2" is shorter then the larger ones.
Header is 4"
Thanks!

Makes life simpler to take the different sizes all the way to the boiler. Glad to know there's no secret sauce with this.Trying to squeeze the best out of a Weil-McLain JB-5 running a 1912 1 pipe system.0 -
