Buderus Ecomatic 2000 problem

I have an Ecomatic 2102 with an error showing as - BURNER S ERR. I understand that this is due to a defective temperature sensor however if I scroll through the various sensors when pressing ‘DISP’ they all have no value: Boiler; Warmwater; Outdoor; Room Temp. So I suspect it’s not a sensor problem but the Ecomatic?! Any help would be appreciated.
