District Heating offers an economy of scale and lower maintenance costs provided the staff are responsible and effective employees with the maintenance of the systems they are suppose to service. Enclosed is a discussion on district heating at its worst and the need to repair and upgrade the system when it goes in the sewer, when service technicians have no clue.
