First Company fan start and stop delay

Hi - I’m hoping someone may be familiar or had experience with the (heat) fan start 45 seconds delay and the fan stop 20 second delay. The delay fan start to avoid blowing cold air and delay stop to get more warm air. The directions show the air handlers have this capability-right now the fan goes on with no delay but the when thermostat is satisfied the fan does run longer. Does anyone know if there is a manual switch to set the delays as an option or should this be automatic? Thank you
