I am a graduated from Mechanics Institute. I went to the school in the 1960s and learned mechanical drawing, blue print reading, job estimating, specification writing which helped me later in life to write proposals and math beyond the high school level.

Due to the education I received I was able to get my NYC licensed master plumber ticket and later on in life became a consultant to the real estate industry, plumbing companies and engineering companies. Fantastic school, pain in the neck because it was night school, went three nights a week for three years.
