Had .8 bar in system, land lord touched it, now it's at 0 and he refuses to call someone today. How can I refill it so I can have a hot shower.

    Don't add water if the boiler is really hot. Best bet is to get a service tech. I know you want hot water but do you want the liability of messing with someone else's boiler?

    That being said the landlord needs to provide you with hot water. You could call the Board of Health but that will piss off the landlord.

    Is the boiler hot water or steam? .8 bar is correct for a hot water boiler. You could check and see if he shut the make up water off or maybe he adjusted the pressure regulator. Could have a bad expansion tank or relief valve....lots of things

    That's why I strongly suggest a service tech
