Indirect Storage Tank and Boiler pressure relief valve tripping

Hey guys so I have a Indirect system and the boiler pressure relief valve is tripping on pressure. The thing is it is pretty hot in the summer time so I know the customer wasn't using any heat. But I tested the heat ,make sure all the valves were open and did an amp draw on the circulator pump which was pretty good. But when I turned on a Hot water Faucet in the house the boiler pressure started to rise. The storage tank and the boiler both have expansion tanks but the heat wasn't being used at the time and if the storage expansion tank was bad why is it making the boiler relief valve to trip ? Do I have a pinhole leak in the heat exchanger or something and if so how can I find it?

    Remove power from the indirect.
Isolate the heat exchanger by closing the ball valves.
Open the drain valve into a bucket to drop the pressure on the heat exchanger.
Attach a pressure gauge to the drain valve near the yellow handle valve and leave the drain valve open.
    Watch the pressure rise.
