Hi everyone so I have a burderus G115 with a riello burners 40, and a taco sr503 3 zone switching relay and I have a boiler mate model wh7z. Everything was working fine then yesterday we just stopped getting hot water? The top of the boiler is hot the pipes are hot and on the taco controller the power light is green zone 1(hot water tank) is red and zone 2 and 3 which is house heat have no light but also have the thermostat turned all the way down for summer. Where do I start checking to get my hot water back?

Your best bet is to have a pro come over and check it out.
Could be:
Not enough water in the system
Air bound
Circulator not working
Aquastat not working
Taco Relay not working
or a combination of those things...for starters.
There was an error rendering this rich post.

If you have a separate pump for the boiler mate, then check and see if you have 120 volts to it. If you do, the pump should be running and making hot water. If you don't have 120 volts then you will need to backtrack and see where it loses it at.
Also, if the pressure in the boiler is very low, say around 4-5 pounds, then even if the pump is running, it won't move any water and you will have to address why the pressure is low.
