Reducing Vent Connectors On 3 PB Boilers, OK or Not?

I am installing 3 boilers totaling 590,000 BTU. Will have 10" SS liner 45' high, I'm thinking plenty of draft will be available.
Each boiler will allow a 1" reduction in connector after the vent damper. So the 7" goes to 6" and the 2 8"'s go to 7".
Short connector rise 2' to 3'. Less than 15' horizontal common pipe.
Is the reduction advisable?
Are venting wyes preferred over tees?
The tees always seemed sloppy fit verses the Wyes.
I think of fluid flow as in plumbing drains.....logical or not?
TIA.

I think I would nix the reduction and use Ys0

Well, I assume your coming out of the chimney 10" and traveling close to 15'. That's a fairly long horizontal run, and then putting in two Y fittings. Also the riser off the boiler is only 2-3'.
I just don't see much to gain or any real savings by using reducers. Maybe I am not looking at it right0 -
I wasn't looking at material savings by the reducers just the best install for draft.
One of the larger boilers is right at the chimney connection point.
I was wondering about too much draft on that one.0 -
