So, you have one zone, one thermostat and one pump? No zone valves?
How did you end up with a zone valve control and no zone valves to control?8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

If you have what Alan said, then you do have the wrong controller, a Switching Relay (SR) would have been correct to use.
However, since you already have the ZVC controller, then yes, you can make it work.
Thermostat wire to TT (pick one, TT 1-4)
Circulator is going the pump relay on the lower right corner. Follow wiring diagram on the cover, the relay has no power there, you need to add 120v power there.
Now following wherever you placed the thermostat (1-4), put a jumper wire across 3 and 4 on the zone valve side.
The Zone Valve Controller with now act as a Single Zone Switching Relay!Dave Holdorf
