Antique Kompak water heater

My wife is a part time real estate agent. This copper water heater was in a house she just found for a buyer. The previous owners apparently kept it in a corner when they got the new one that is in use now. The new owners are having it scrapped. If anyone in the New Haven, CT area wants it, it will be around for a few days. Looks like there are 2 flues and 2 burners, one for the upper and one for the lower section.

Hmm, I wonder if there is room for it with the collection that The General Society of Mechanics and Tradesmen has in New York? It looks to be half way between tank type and side arm heater!

There’s certainly room at GSMT to make it famous forever, but I have no way of getting it. We’re in Cape May now. Any volunteers?
