Dear Team,

I have a 2012 Embassy Onex 160 C condensing boiler.
I'm seeing very light amount of droplets coming from the Domestic Hot Water Exchanger.
Not sure if its the exchanger leaking or the 4 gaskets that connect the valves to the exchanger.

Thank You,

Robert

    Dear Kcopp,

    Hope all is well.
I still have the Cosmogas 160c gas burner.
What we have done recently is switched it heat only.
I have an external hot water heater producing hot water for the house.
So no problems with it operation all is good. My plumber checked the humming noise we were getting from it with a manometer. Got it tuned the best he could, but we still get the humming noise every time the burner ignites. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank You Rob

    Has the boiler been cleaned?
They will typically start to make a moaning noise when they get dirty.

    Hi Kcopp,

The boiler has been completely cleaned since the last time we talked.
That was the issue of water vapor from the unit not leaking out.
You were spot on, water was trapped in and I sucked it out with a vacuum.
I checked the air intake/exhaust pipe today, some rust but looks ok.
Any Advice is Always Appreciated. Thank You, Rob
