Leaking Floor

My radiant floors are seeping water through. We have a hot water heater that is pretty old. We just had some valves replaced and a coil replaced. The water still doesn’t stay hot. But now the floors are seeping water and we don’t know why.

Radiant floor tubing is usually in several circuits.
You may be able to isolate the leaking circuit. Hopefully just one is leaking.
More details and pictures of boiler and tubing manifold connections will probably help.
