Can anyone help with a diagram of  how a dual furnace system with return lines should be plumbed. Check valve location...

    I assume you mean hydronic boiler? Primary-secondary or with a hydraulic isolator is by far the best way to do it.

    I think he means oil lines.
    If so, no check valves by code. You can look in the Suntec manual for proper procedure.
    Better would be a competent tech who knows the proper way (code), has the tools and fittings.
