Navien NCB 210 CONDENSATE

Installed many of these but now I have no place to run the condensate line. The plumbing is not assessable. I did one years ago where i went outside with the condensate tube.
My issues is freezing. Anybody have experience wit this? If I do go outside how can it be done to prevent freezing here in the northeast?

Have the condensate from the boiler drain into a laundry sink pump like a Liberty 404 and plumb the discharge with 11/2” like a sump pump.
