Your professional plumbing skills may become practically perfect as guest speakers Gary Klein and Peter Skinner, P.E. discuss safe, energy-savvy, time-efficient and cost-effective hot water delivery methods for commercial plumbing applications with the engineer, contractor AND customer in mind at the next Coffee with Caleffi webinar on Thursday, March 25 from 12 noon – 1 p.m. CDT.
Klein, president of Gary Klein & Associates, Inc. (Rancho Cordova, Calif.), has been intimately involved in energy efficiency and renewable energy since 1974. He was recognized by IAPMO (2014, Green Professional of the Year) and the DOE (2015, Jeffrey A. Johnson Award) for his dedication and commitment to the industry.
Skinner, owner of E2G Solar (West Sand Lake, N.Y.), designs, installs, repairs, researches and teaches about residential and commercial solar, heat pump, advanced plumbing design and other renewable thermal systems. He is a NYS registered professional engineer and advocates for legislative and environmental policies.
The monthly educational webinars are free and are intended for engineers, contractors, designers and wholesalers. A Certificate of Attendance is emailed to attendees following the event for continuing education audits.

Me too. I've known Gary for decades and hot water is a passion of his. Along with that, he's a very clear thinker. Pete is doing all sorts of interesting solar stuff combined with efficiency, and getting some amazing performance.

These boys have some excellent info and actual collected data on sizing domestic water systems. The sizing tables developed in the 40 & 50's have been oversizing piping by as much as 80%.
