Replacement boiler for Munchkin T50

As the title states, I need to find a contractor and a reasonable replacement for my Munchkin T50 boiler. I'm in western PA and might have one of the older Munchkins around. It was manufactured in 2005. I rebuilt the thing two times, but now the exchanger has sprung a leak. I need a BASIC economical condensing boiler. It is used to heat the floors in my 40 x 60 pole building. I'm not looking for a ton of features. Quality needs to be average, not exceptional. It's only used when it's below freezing. Otherwise, we just heat the space with a Reznor furnace. Any suggestions on brand? I'd like to remain wall mounted if at all possible. It's nice to keep stuff off the floor in the shop.

    Where in Western PA are you?
    Check out the HTP ELU or the EFTU models I’ve installed a bunch of them, there simple and easy to maintain.

    I would highly recommend the IBC HC 13-50. Simple design. only 5 moving parts.
