Ergomax

Does anyone know if the ergomax reverse indirect is still being produced? Their website looks like it hasn't been updated since 2003, and the phone number is dead. The company name "group thermo inc." turns up nothing recent.

    Not positive but I believe it's now Turbomax. I remember the Ergomax tanks were square.

    The owner of Ergomax, Adam Duch recently passed away. I would reach out to Thermal Solutions. They had a partnership and Ergomax produced a tank for them called the H2OMAX. Same tank just different color. Big difference between Ergomax and Turbomax is the that Ergomax can be piped in to act as a buffer tank while supplying domestic hot water.

    The turbomax is a reverse buffer tank as well? But thank you for the lead. I'll look into it.

    @JakeCK

    If you follow that link and click on “Brochures”, there appears to be a bunch of information on the H2OMAX product.

    The Ergomax pipes up easily as a buffer tank. Boiler in and out / System in and out. TurboMax only has boiler in and out. Ergomax becomes your low loss header. Put a spirotopper on top and eliminate air.

    The Turbomax can be ordered with extra tappings as well.

    This links to a pdf of their specs. Under the shop drawing components, 11 is listed as additional tappings.
