Good morning.  How do restart a system 2000 boiler

    Call a pro. If you have checked the switches and breakers and the power is on that is everything a homeowner should do. If the burner needs to be reset that is an indication of an issue that requires a technician who is familiar with Energy Kinetics boilers.

    Which Energy Manager do you have? Are any lights blinking?
    You can try turning off the power to the boiler for a few minutes. If that works, great, but it might happen again. When was its last maintenance?

    There is nothing special about restarting a System 2000 boiler compared to other boilers. If it is not running, the Energy Manager control diagnostics may give you additional insight into why it is off. If the burner is locked out (primary control latch up), it should be resolve as any burner lock out.
