Boiler keeps turning on and off, low water sensor light turns on and off with boiler

Options
I have just bled the system and gotten rid of all the air in the system. The boiler turn on and heats up the water to the right temperature and then starts turning on and off with the low water light turning on and off. The psi is around 9 but should be around 12-15.

    We need some history here:
    - Is this a new installation?
    - What is the boiler's make and model?
    8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab

post a general picture showing all your boiler, and pipes, and expansion or compression tank,
sounds like your water feeder is turned off, or not operating,

Should I manually increase the psi to about 13?

The pressure looks good if the gauge is correct?
Why did you start a new thread?
It could be a faulty LWCO.

Fixed. It was the lwco. I think the lwco might have become faulty after sitting there for almost 5 years. The previous owner of the house did not properly bleed the air out of the system so that was the cause of the heat not being sent out to the top floor and the lwco malfunctioning is the cause of the boiler turning on and off intermittently.
