First question do you blow down before liting or after shutting down boiler..I have 3 Easco dual fuel boilers I work in a school 103,000 sq ft .. if I close both my steam and water valve water disappears dies this means I’m clear cause when I open water comes back ...also what happens if water valve is open and steam valve is closed ty
