Strange noise

in Gas Heating
The gas boiler in here is making a strange noise when it begins cycling it is making a loud scrape sound sort of like if you drag metal on the ground. It wasn’t doing this last winter it just started about a month ago. It doesn’t continue during the cycle it’s just one scrape sound when it begins to cycle but not each time maybe 2 times throughout the course of a day. What could it be?

    Back up and take a picture from the side showing all pipes coming off the top of boiler.
