    Oldest in America. WOW! I wonder if there is a national register designation for that? Maybe they can get a plaque out front that passersby can stop and read.

    Funny , I like panel radiators for they're high output and give comfort . On a job with a request for comfort I would suggest panel radiators . The woman would say "Radiators ? " ....
    I have enough experience to know , that I dont know it all

    A heating system still in operation from 1857. Except the boiler of course. It’s possible its only had 4 boilers total. Probably a new coal boiler around 1890-1900. Then one in the 1950’s, then one the newest one you fixed in the late 80’s. None of them required electricity or electronics. No moving parts except a LWCO float and air vents.
