Zone valve sticks open

in THE MAIN WALL
I have a zone valve that sticks open. If I hit it the valve will close. The valve is only 4 months old. I have a three zone boiler and I replaced two of the valve. One of the new ones is the one sticking. Any suggestions. They are Honeywell valves. Thanks

    Send it back for warranty. Or you could pull it out or take the actuator off and try and determine if the problem is the valve body or the actuator

    Yep, most of the time, zone valves get new heads without ever getting anything done to the body. Perhaps you just got a bad one, but I'm betting the body needs attention.
