Do you know this baseboard sound? [Video]

The hot water baseboards in my house to do this all the time, all over the house. I've been listening and trying to find anything abnormal about the areas that do it, but I can't find anything. Are there any trained ears out there who have heard this 1000 times and know exactly what it is? Be sure to turn speakers all the way up - I've also added some pictures of the element. Many thanks
