Hi, new home owner here! Our home has radiant heating and this is also brand new for me. Today, our upstairs felt quite cold. Thermostat reads 64 although set at 72. Not exactly sure what to check on the system since nothing has been adjusted or changed recently. May be simple, but any advice is much appreciated! Also curious to know if it would be absurd to have a rep come out to the house and teach me the basics? SOS

Do you have anyone to service it? You could check "Find a contractor " on this site
If you can post a few pictures of the boiler and the piping and controls around it we can probably help.
Hard to diagnose with no info. Could be an electrical issue or a mechanical one
Is part of the house heating? Is the boiler running at all? Does the boiler make domestic hot water?0 -
What kind of radiation.....old cast iron....wall baseboards or in floor tubing?0
