The World's Fair of Hydronic Heating
Heating took center stage at the 1904 World’s Fair with the American Radiator Company’s modern home exhibit. In this episode, Dan Holohan shares how millions marveled at the beauty and simplicity of its hydronic-heating system and what became of that famous model home.

As always, a pleasure to learn more about our storied history. Stay alive, stay curious, keep looking. My grandfather, a steam fitter, from 1930 thru 1990 had a saying, "it is 90% observation and 10% perspiration". If you are sweating to soon, you did not look long enough. With your help, I continue in his footsteps.
Forced air...that hurts.

Hi @DanHolohan - found that listing too. Beautiful house with nicely done up rooms and no radiators to be seen.DanHolohan said:Take a tour of the house today:

It was a sin to remove the radiators. A venial sin but still a sin.0

Less than $5000.00 in 1904.
$500,000.00 today.......
But in Saint Louis you would have to have AC, so I understand the FAF.
Although they could have kept the radiators.0
