Hi @DanHolohan - found that listing too. Beautiful house with nicely done up rooms and no radiators to be seen.

They did have a nice commemorative badge tho.

It was a sin to remove the radiators. A venial sin but still a sin.

$500,000.00 today.......

But in Saint Louis you would have to have AC, so I understand the FAF.
Although they could have kept the radiators.
