What control is telling you that? I ran the same boiler for 12 years or so before I switched to a wall hanger. Do you have the manual?

The control is a vitotronic 300 The customer can’t locate the manual, later this evening I’m gonna try to find the manual on line hopefully in English. I’m fairly new to the heating industry and I’ve seem to come across a quite challenging one

It seems that there is a communication problem with a mixing valve.
