Honeywell aquastat L6006C for fan control - temperature settings

Hello,
I have a heating system with oil boiler and forced air. I would like to know the recommended settings for my fan control aquastat Honeywell L6006C.
The boiler aquastat (L8124A) is set to 180 Hi and 160 Lo with 10 Diff.
I want to get the most optimum heating from the fan blower aquastat (L6006C) so any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

    Usually you bring on the fan at about 120 and shut down when the temp is below 100 to prevent blowing cold air.
