Received 3 of these today, all of them had bent stems preventing insertion into the service valve. I thought about bending the stems back but I was concerned about breakage. I sent all three back to be on the safe side. I noticed these are packed in CaleffI packaging that allows the parts to move very freely inside the box's. I speculate that's how the stems became bent.

    Honeywell come same way, just bend them straight
