AO SMITH ACB 199N-S (main screen reading "FATAL ERROR', and will not let installer into menu setup) .Wasn't able to speak to anyone from tech support yesterday due to it being sunday and the unit i guess is part of the companies commercial line that tech support are off sundays.Not my project ,friend did the install , just hoping I might be able to help him find anyone here that came across the same or similar issue with a new install quicker than getting a call back from tech support.
