I have a number of Corto Radiators that I need to disassemble and replace the seals. Is there a good source for the packing seals that are used?

I believe they are connected with push nipples but I would need to do more research. many radiators of that time are assembled with push nipples.
Here is something interesting

After reading the PDF I recently referred to it appears that your radiators use a left thread/right thread joining nipple. I believe you can make the gasket from standard gasket material. Others with more experience may have an outlet for the gaskets I'm not familiar with.
Here is an interesting video about your query. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nu1RJQGSrKk
I'm not sure these will fit your old radiators but you never know.Edward F Young. Retired HVAC ContractorSpecialized in Residential Oil Burner and Hydronics0 -
