Heat Pump Water Heater...A.O. Smith vs Rheem???

I'm going to be purchasing a hybrid heat pump water heater shortly.
I've narrowed it down to an A.O. Smith Signature Premier 50gal. HP10-50H45DV and a Rheem Performance Platinum ProTerra XE50T10H45U0.
Both have similar specs but the Rheem has a higher UEF of 3.75 vs the A.O. Smith's 3.45.
Any experience with these? Is one constructed better than the other?

Hi, I know that Rheem had more options with ducting their heaters, but It could boil down to who has better service in your area. Also, read the warranties closely. These days some are pro-rated, like tires, which I don't like to see.
