Cannot find the right replacement Rinnai Water Heater

Hello,
I have an old Rinnai Water Heater (indoor commercial grade) that has just stopped working. I am trying to find a replacement that I can buy but like the one I have right now is a very old model that Rinnai does not manufacture anymore. According to the manual one I have right now is Model R53i / V2532FFUC or V2520FFUC. I just have called Rinnai customer service, and the representative told me that Rinnai CU160 will be the similar one the I can buy. But it seems like CU160 is a residential water heater, and I am a little hesitant to buy this.
Also, it seems that CU160 has a twin vent system while mine has a single vent. I am also looking at V75IP which looks really similar to my current one, but it seems like it is for a home, not for a commercial.
Anyone can tell me which one I could buy to replace my broken water heater? Thank you so much

Hello @catchfired , I'm no tankless expert, but am wondering if your present heater is fixable. I see a manual for it here: https://www.manualslib.com/products/rinnai-reu-v2520ffu-series-3850830.html Do you have any clues about what has failed?
Yours, Larry0
