You first comments, that is a job for an electrician?

Your second comment-where is the circulator with lights?

    Thx for your continued efforts.

    1,
an electrician, or a heating guy(person), or a handy HeatNovice type guy, if you're comfortable with it, and turn off the power, but if you're asking , , ,

    2,
no, not a circ with lights, the other end of the power cable,
follow that circ cable back to its other end,
I am expecting a box on the wall, or side of the boiler, or,
, , to where ever it ends and gets its power,

so do you feel comfortable slipping the cover off of that relay box? and post that head on picture,
and do you have meter to poke around in there a bit?

we're trying to figure out if 120V is going to the circ when you turn up the thermostat upstairs.

so if you turn up that thermostat, does it get boiler hot in the attic?

I have a thought. I have another room in house that I don’t use often, the same AHU serves the top floor and also this “seldom” used room. In this room, I regularly leave thermostat at 50 degrees. Could this be impacting my second floor heat deficiency?

    the plot thickens , , ,
now you have 2 trips up to the attic you owe ,
    one for each thermostat,
if the first thermostat we've been discussing doesn't get boiler hot up there, then try that second tstat,
