Best Brand of Natural Gas fired Boiler for Home Steam Heating

I own a 2 family house in South Ozone Park, Queens, New York 11420. This house was built in 1955. I currently have a Natural gas fired BURNHAM Steam Boiler to heat the house in the winter months. I will like to install a new replacement Boiler soon.
(1). Would you kindly recommend a good contractor who will work in my area, zip code 11420. I think a good Contractor will have a BBB rating of A+
(2). What is the best brand of Natural gas fired Boiler for residential homes here in New York Metro area ?

    If you have steam you have a boiler not a furnace.
    Did you check Find a Contractor and put in your zip?
