Rinnai error code 19

Good afternoon, I have a Rinnai V75e that came with my newly built home 2 years ago. For the past 6 months I get a beeping and code 19 which I looked up and saw is an electoral grounding issue or short. Had a plumber come out 3 times and never got it fixed. It's like going to the doctor when something hurts but when you get there you feel fine. So every time it happens now I go out and smack the side and most times it starts working. Anyone ever hear of anything like this? I'm ready to hire an electrician but wanted to check around first.

    Hi, If smacking the cabinet helps, it suggests a loose ground connection. I’d trace down and clean up any ground connections you can find. See if that helps. And, electors are in the news. :D I think we knew what you meant ;)
