Bosch hot water cutting out

in Gas Heating
I have a one year old Bosch Greenstar FS 151 supplying hot both domestic water and a 2-zone radiant floor system. 

Now that the cold weather has started, the domestic water often starts hot then cuts out. 

No error codes at the unit but I noticed that the temp hits 199 then cuts off.

any help would be appreciated

    clean out the heat exchanger for dhw..
    Its probably filled with minerals from heating the water up.

    Thanks. Do you mean the recommended white vinegar clean out or removing the heat exchanger and cleaning it out?

    Check and clean the cold water intake strainer first ....

    Check the screen as perviously mention, then do the vinegar cip..
    (Clean in place)..

    Thanks for all the help. I ended up removing the heat exchanger and flushing it out. Working great now
