I have a NTI Matrix boiler that shows a ER4 periodically when the furnace component is running when there is a demand for water. I never have an issue during the summer months.
I replaced the low pressure switch, manifold limit and stack limit.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Any chance the 3 way valve isn’t switching? Might cause a high limit trip.

I see it switching from on to auto.
I've also been noticing lately when the furnace first turns on in the mornings the ER4 error pops up. Once I reset it, it runs with no issues.0
