Replacement for Safgard OEM 24TD

I have 1988 Slant fin single pipe steam boiler system. With the help of the "the wall" I have fine tuned the venting system and heat works great. For safety and realiability I would like to update the LWCO. What is the best cost effective replacement for 24TD. Is the safgard 400 the best choice in todays replacement???
