Older baseboard radiator isnt flush against wall

Hi all, we have an older baseboard radiator recessed in the wall of the bathroom and it looks like its leaning out a little, not sure why. Any attempts to push it back in haven't worked, is there any way to effectively get it back into position or should this just be replaced?

I would also note its loud and clanks when the heat is turned all the way up. Other radiators in house heat up normally.

Disconnect it take it out the check the piping to determine why it knocks. Fix the problem but it back in and re anchor it
